Account Questions
How can I change my account information?
You can change your account information by clicking on 'My Account' on the top of our home page. Enter your e-mail address and password then click on 'Continue'. The next page will be the 'Account Information' where you will be able to update your e-mail address, name, password, notification and billing or shipping information. Note: Once your email address is updated, your new log-in name will be of your new email address.
I forgot my password. How do I get it?
Click on 'My Account' on the top of our home page. Below the Email and Password box, you'll find a text line that says 'Forgot your password?'. Enter Your email address and click 'Continue'. A message will appear saying: 'A new password has been sent to your email address'. Within approximately 5 minutes or less, your password will be e-mailed to you. Once you have received the temporary password, log in to your account, go to edit account and input your new password to what you desire (make sure you write it down somewhere so it won't be forgotten the next time you log in). How do I subscribe or unsubscribe to the Sky Japan Shop's newsletter?
Click on 'My Account' on the top of our home page. Enter your e-mail address and password then click on 'Continue'. The next page will be the 'Account Information' and you need to click on 'Edit' next to the Newsletters section, then click on the check box next to 'General Subscription' to subscribe or unsubscribe.
Any discount offer for multiple items purchase?
For purchase under £100, after the first item, a discount of £0.50 will be given to each additional item purchased in the same transaction. Order over £100 will receive a 10% discount for the overall order. Discount will be calculated upon checkout.

Some items on my order are not in the package!
We might have shipped the available items first, if some of your items are out of stock. An e-mail will be sent to you to notify you which items are out of stock and an approximate dispatch date.

Do you accept international orders?
Yes we do indeed.
What kind of shipping methods do you have?
We offer Royal Mail First Class Recorded for all domestic orders and Royal Mail Standard Airmail for all international orders. Shipping to the following foreign countries, customers can pay extra for Airsure delivery (which is a fully tracked and signature service).

Do we have to pay any import tax etc?
All items are already in the UK and import tax paid for, therefore no import tax for UK customers. If you live outside the UK, items will be declared as gift and at low value on custom form, hence no customs, taxes, import duties should be charged, however, this is not guaranteed.you may be charged customs fee, duties or special taxes. We will not be responsible for such fees when entering your country and it is your responsibility only. Customs policy vary widely from country to country, therefore we suggest that you contact your local customs office for more information.
Technical Questions
Which regions can the DVDs you sell run on?
Most of our DVDs are region free, each product description page will tell you the region code. Region free DVDs will play in any DVD players.
Will NTSC DVDs play on our TV correctly?
NTSC system means the DVD will display correctly on a NTSC system TV. Most new TV sets are multi-system, so there will be no problem playing NTSC system discs.
I have a PS2/PS3/XBOX/XBOX 360. Can I play your DVD on them?
As long as your PS2/PS3/XBOX/XBOX 360 has the DVD playback capability, you can run our DVDs on them.
